Once you create or update an article in the IndustryNewsletters platform, it will be housed in My Articles. Scheduling an article from My Articles to your newsletter is almost an identical process to scheduling an article from the Article Library. This means you can either schedule your article from the My Articles screen, or the Schedule Content screen.
To schedule the article from My Articles:
Go to Content > My Articles.
Find the article you would like to schedule and click the ellipsis on the article card. Click Schedule Article.
Select the newsletter you would like to schedule the article to, as well as the position you would like the article to appear in.
Click Schedule.
To schedule the article from Schedule Content:
Go to Content > Schedule Content.
f you need to select a different newsletter than the one that appears first, click Switch Newsletter in the top right and select the one you would like to schedule the article to.
In the Available Articles box on the right, change the Library to Search from Article Library to My Articles.
Click Filter, or add in some additional search terms first.
Locate the article and click Schedule, then select the position you would like it to appear in.
Don't forget to preview the newsletter and the article to make sure everything looks okay.
