Sharing articles directly from your newsletter
Once the newsletter launches, each article will have a Share link.
Open the article and click Share
Select the social media to post to, log in (if necessary) and create and share your post
Sharing articles via the Landing Page URL
You can also share articles directly from the Article Library (or My Articles).
Go to Content > Article Library (or My Articles, if the article you're waiting to share is custom)
Click on the ellipsis of the article card
Click Article Details
Copy the Landing Page URL and then paste to your social media post
Sharing articles via the social media sharing tool
To set up article sharing via our social media sharing tool, follow the steps below:
Open the Addons menu (found in the black bar) – You can schedule one article a day to automatically post to LinkedIn or Twitter. For LinkedIn, it posts to the Admin page - not the Company page
Authenticate your Social Media account
Go to Content > Article Library and click on the ellipsis of the article card for the article you want to schedule
Click Schedule Social Posting and then select the date and time you want the article to post. Select which social media account(s) to post to. You can also add your own Tweet or custom wording to the post
Click Save
You can schedule as many articles in advance as you would like
