Any of our articles can be used on your blog. All you need to do is:

  • Copy and Paste the body of the article into your blog

  • Add ©[year] to the bottom of the article (example: ©2022)

Once you have the blog saved, there will be a URL associated with it. If you'd like to link back to the blog post in your newsletter, (to drive traffic to your website,) you can either:

  • Email support (support@industrynewsletters.com) and provide the URL(s) so we can re-create as an article and add to the newsletter for you

  • OR you can re-create it yourself using the following steps**:

    • Go to Content > New Article

    • Copy and paste the Title, Summary, and select the Summary Photo from the original article

    • Check the box “Points to external resource?”

    • Insert the blog URL in the External Link box that appears

    • Change Status from Draft to Active

    • Click Save

    • Schedule the article to your newsletter the normal way:

      • Go to Content > My Articles

      • Click on the ellipsis of the article card

      • Click Schedule Article

      • Select the Date and Position and click Schedule

**If the article you have copied is one of the Standard Articles (the articles scheduled to the newsletter by default) you will need to remove the original from the lineup. Do this by going to Content > Schedule Content and then click the red Remove link on the article card.
