Resetting your password

You can reset your password from within the platform, or from the login screen if you've forgotten what the password is.

If you want to reset the password from within the platform:

1. Click the ellipsis on the profile card of the dashboard, and go to Edit Profile.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see Security & Access. Tick the box that says "Select to Reset Password", then enter the new password in both the Password and Password confirmation boxes. Click the blue Update Client button to save.


If you need to reset the password because you can't log in:

1. From the login screen, (which you can access here,) click the Forgot password? link, located below and to the right of the password box.

2. Enter the email address that you use to log in, and click the blue Reset Password button. This email address will receive a message with instructions on resetting the password associated with your account.
