For completely custom content, the size of the Full Width Template is 7.487" x 3.737" (printed) or 2246 x 1121 pixels, RGB JPEG format.
1. From the catalog screen of your MyCustom account, click on Full Width Templates on the left hand side:
2. Select Custom Ads / Full:
3. In the Content section on the left, click the Upload... button to select the custom ad from your computer's file explorer:
4. Click the Choose File button and select the image in your file explorer. Once the file name shows in the window (as in the example below), click the Submit button:
5. Adjust the image to fit in the allotted space. (Drag the image around and/or change the dimensions of the image):
6. Click the PDF Preview... button under the gray box to view and save your proof. When you are satisfied, (and have saved the image, if desired,) read the disclaimer in the Online Proof Approval section and check the box:
7. At the bottom of the page, click the Add To Cart button to proceed:
8. Click the Proceed to Checkout button:
9. Click the Place Order button:
When the green text appears, your order has been placed:
Please Note: Your most recent order prior to the Deadline will be printed on your newsletters. If you do not change your selection, the prior order will carry over issue after issue. You may make changes to your MyCustom order up to the Deadline of the current newsletter issue. Deadline is Midnight (EST). Open Date for next issue begins 24 hours later.
