To create on OnTarget using an article or template from the library please follow the instructions below:
Click on Content
Click on Article Library
Any of the articles in the library can also be sent out as an OnTarget. We also have templates created that you can use.The templates are found by filtering by category. (Announcements and Greetings).
Click on the three dots and then choose Send as OnTarget Mailing, this will convert the article/template into the OnTarget format. You can then make changes to the OnTarget prior to sending it out.
Once you have created the OnTarget, you can save it as a draft or select your sending method.
